What to do with tendon pain?

Hey guys, hope you all are well!
I need some advice. Saturday I started my Christmas baking and did about 4.5 hours of baking (with an hour and a half long phone call as well). I had made some of the dough the night before, but my ginger bread dough didn't get as sturdy as I needed it too. So I spent half an hour or more taking bits of the dough and working in flour. I knew I over did it when I couldn't finish the last couple balls of sugar cookie dough (thankfully my SO did). Then that night around 11 - 12, I start to get tendon pain in my right forearm. That isn't new for me, but the intensity was. It burned so bad, and it was hitting from the top of my elbow to my pinkie, that I could hardly move my arm without feeling nauseous from the pain. I tried heat, which helped a little and I fell asleep for an hour and a half. I woke up in even more pain, so I made toasted one handed and took a mersyndol (pretty much a t3) and it did nothing for my pain. Made me really tired, but didn't do anything else. So I spent the rest of the night trying not to move it and switching between hot and cold. Woke up today (Sunday) and was still in agony. Went through hot and cold as well and it got a bit better, but now it's settling into the deep hurt again. What do I do? I have no muscle relaxers, no stronger pain beds, and I need to get some sleep. I tried some topical pain relievers as well that did nothing. Anyone else have anything like that, and what did you do? The same tendon in my left arm is starting to act up a bit too, which is not fantastic.

Re: What to do with tendon pain?

Go out and buy yourself a pair of "Band It" straps for your arms and wear them to stabilize your tendon so it has a chance to heal. Not much else can be done other than pain killers or muscle relaxers. Place them up closer to your elbow, you'll find the right spot by trial and error. Those are the best for tendonitis, I've tried several types over the years because it doesn't take much to cause a flare up on my arms. If you arent taking Magnesium Maleate now might be a good time to start. That helps with muscle/tendon regeneration.
