Pain and Function after triple arthrodesis

I am new to the site and this is my first post but I am really in need of some advice!

I am in my 30's and have mild cerebral palsy. I am pretty high functioning but about 9 months ago I suffered a Jones fracture due to a foot deformity. It healed with traditional measures (non-weight bearing and boot) I continued to have pain and about two months later it broke again. At that point I started a bone stimulator and saw a neuromuscular specialist. I had a triple arthrodesis, the fracture pinned, and a SPLATT three months ago to correct the defomity. I am currently weight bearing and walking some with a cane. At my last x-ray I was told that things looked good except you could still see the break line from the Jones fracture and it is not totally healed. I am back in the bone stimulator and was told if this doesn't work I may need a bone graft.

I am still have a lot of pain in my heel and in the Jones area. I also have swelling. Is this normal?

I can walk some but not well with the cane and am still out of work. I thought 3 months out I would be much better.

I am currently taking Vit D.

I am really bedside myself because this has been going on for almost a year and right now I don't think I will ever be back to normal.
