| heel is discolored
When I was a teenager, I guess I wore too tight shoes or something because I have terrible callous build up on my heel. In my adult life, I've been very careful to file it when I do my feel; however, the heel is discolored. If I don't file it (slough off dead skin) especially in the summer, it looks dirty. When I do file it, it's still discolored. The last few days it's got a purple shade to it. It's embarrassing. I had a massage yesterday and was asked if it was painful. I'm very self conscious about it, but do not know what else to do other than keeping it softened with kerasal, sloughing it and keeping it well hydrated. I've asked and asked and searched the internet high and low and no one can help me with this.
Someone please help me..... it's embarrasing..
