| heel pain: comes and goes?
About 7 or so years ago I had pain in both of my heels, after I sit or sleep and get up to walk they hurt really bad but the pain goes away after I walk for a few minutes but always comes back after I am off my feet for a while but as suddenly as the pain started(lasted several months) it just went away. OK so here it is about 7 years later and my left heel is hurting the same way again and has been for probably 6 months now. It doesn't matter if I'm active or inactive or if I wear support shoes or go barefoot, it hurts just the same way as it did 7 years ago...it goes away after I walk the pain out and comes right back after I sit for a while. Does this sound like that plantar fasciitis or could it be something else?
