    Red face Lumpy butt?????

Okay, this is embarrassing, so I'm going to make it brief. I'm overweight anyhow, but since I've been crutching around for a couple of weeks now, I'm noticing an alarming side-effect. I now have one smooth, toned butt cheek / upper thigh area now (good foot), and one lumpy, bumpy, slacker butt cheek (surgery foot). They used to both be lumpy, but at least they matched! Anyone else experience this, is it something I can bring up in physical therapy without sounding insane, any suggestions (short of crutching around on the other foot for a couple months once it's better) for evening it out?

Not sure exactly what the crutches are for, but I assume it's a foot problem. So, ask your doctor/therapist's permission to strap some ankle weights (or maybe thigh weights) on that leg and get lifting. Until you're allowed, and it starts working, wear jackets, maybe.

I'm a little self-conscious about having one muscular calf and one limp, bony one, myself, although that's not nearly as visible under most pants.
