pinky toes have gone numb
for the last 2 weekends I have worked very long hours and had to stand on my feet in one spot during most of it.
Last week after doing this my feet ached very badly. The shoes I was wearing were some cheap walmart tennis shoes and I figured they had something to do with it.
This last weekend I switched to some keen sandals and my feet didn't ache as bad, but I noticed by the time we finally finished that my pinky toes on both feet were numb.
I thought maybe this would go away after getting off my feet for a while, however they seem just as numb now as last night when I first noticed. They are completely numb though... when poking at them I still feel at least a small amount of sensation in any part.... in both toes the numbness is on the underside on the outside of the toe.
I suspect this was caused by the shoes and the long hours of standing, but anyone have an idea of how long it will take to go back to normal?
