Big Toe Pressure but No Infection

I have been having an issue with my right big toe for a few weeks now and it is not getting any better. There is a lot of pressure built up in the big toe and anytime I put pressure on the toe, I get a lot of sharp pain. There is also a small lump or something inside the toe. At least it feels like something is in there. The area that is affected is on the bottom of the big toe, near the middle. I am a 24 year old male in good health and I cannot recall any incident that could have caused any issue in my toe.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? It has become very uncomfortable and is now almost painful to walk.
