Stress fracture, 2 neuromas & torn plantar plate

My dx from recent MRI, taken 6 weeks post sports injury after finally finding foot orthopedic specialist. In air cast for 4 weeks to heal stress fracture and then dr. said we'd talk about the neuromas, one of which is huge he says. Have been reading everything here and so happy have found this board as I expect many questions in the weeks ahead.
Two weeks of wearing boot thus far. Pressure feels good on foot but pain still there for sure as is the lump I'm walking on which I assume is neuroma.

Should I expect/hope fracture to be healed in another two weeks?
Any way for neuroma to resolve on its own or any things I can do to make it better other than wear this boot?
Not even sure where the plate fits in all this!

Am generally very active and not being able to walk my several miles/day or ride bike or play tennis has been challenging. Know same true of most of you.

Thanks for any answers you may have and best for quick healing for all.
