Long after the fact, post GB surgery question.

Had my gall blader removed in 2005.... complete success, felt like a new person...over the years, however, have been experiencing episodes of right side discomfort- appx where the surgery was done- particularly after too many days of too much coffee, or when I eat salads or raw veggies. Nothign else ever seemed to set it off...for the first ten years, these episodes always resolved themselves after a week to 10 days...but they've been happening more frequently since about 2015, the duration is longer too, to the point now where it doesn't seem to be resolving itself... the surgeon told me at the time of the surgery there would be scar tissue left behind, and am wondering, after all these years and repeat 'injuries', if that area has beecome so imflammed now, that its never going to heal up....any ideas? something i can take? has anyone else had these long term issues long after the surgery? i'm not sick- just not, well, feeling super WELL..thank you

Scar tissue wouldn't cause that normally. I have some and it's like a knot in the area and I have to stretch to get it to stop. Sounds like you need to see a gastro- symptoms could be indicative of many things
