| Post Op Gall bladder loose/bowel diarrhea questions
Gall bladder removed 8/16. I had the chronic diseased kind (no stones stuck in ducts)
Had violent diarrhea 4 weeks before gall bladder was removed laproscopically & nausea, loss of appetite. After removal of gall bladder some more nausea, loss of appetite. Some soreness where gall bladder was and on both sides of back, some soreness on left side of abdomen.
I have loose bowl mostly every morning. Doctor prescribed Questran but after surgery my lipids went down to 112 from high in Jan 07 of 213.
1) Do I sound like I have post operative gall bladder surgery diarrhea/loose bowel?
2) Anyone else had lipids go down after surgery? I wonder if the pre surgery non stop diarrhea had anything to do with it?
