Acute pancreatitis after gall bladder removal

On 4 July 2009 my gall bladder was removed laparoscopically. A few days' later I was admitted for an emergency ERCP endoscopy and a stray stone was found blocking a duct. After this I was unfortunate enough to end up with acute pancreatitis. However, after 3 weeks' in hospital here I am to tell the tale.
Should I just be following a low fat diet (and for how long?) because I have no gall bladder or should I be doing something different as I had acute pancreatitis? My blood levels still are not back to normal therefore I presume there is still some infection - and I don't want to exacerbate it.
Any information would be gratefully received - thanks.
