Gallbladder pain before and after surgery

Hello everyone new member here. Going back to 2011 to 2014 I was going thru a rough time in life (divorce & mom passing away), Anyways during this time I developed a bad addiction to prescription pain meds trying to deal and cope with life. I at times was getting horrible stabbing pain in my chest and right thru to my back. They would come and go over those 3 years or so. The pain was severe, a 10 on the scale. I initially thought gallbladder and saw my doctor. He thought reflux disease and gave me tecta to take. It didn't work. I then thought about prescription pain meds and wondered if that would cause it and if I had liver damage. I had blood work and everything was fine in regards to my liver. I got reffered to a specialist (march 2014) and he did more blood work, ultra sound, ct scan. He was suspecting gallbladder, But everything came back fine. Attack would still hit on and off. Fast forward to September 2014 and I was still popping Tylenol #3 with codeine like crazy. Taking large amounts on a almost nightly basis (not cool I know). I woke up one morning with pain on my right side (liver/gallbladder area). I suspected my liver was damaged. It wasn't a bad pain but it was always there, It never eased up or went away. After a couple of weeks of this It was still there so I went to the ER one morning to see a doctor and hopefully get a ct scan. I did and he said everything was fine, And blood work was good to. Pain still there I went to my family dr and he got me in right away for a HIDA with CCK scan. Results were NO cystic duct obstruction, And a ejection fraction rate of 18%, then it states "This may indicate biliary dyskensia". Went back to family dr and he said it means that your gallbladder isn't emptying properly and reffered me back to the specialist. Specialist said that my gallbladder has to come out... Its not working properly and stick to a very low fat diet in the meantime. That was in November 2014. Pain/discomfort still there 24-7. I stopped taking prescription pain meds and drinking pop (another addiction) 2 months prior to this. By next month (December) the pain was slowly getting better, But it was still there 24-7. The changes I made were no pills, pop, and my fat intake was between 3 and 10 grams a day. At this point I had lost 30 pounds. January was slightly better and by February 2015 I was able to eat subway (no mayo and cheese). I was no able to eat a bit of chicken breast and some other things to, However I was 45 pounds less.

Surgery was 13 days ago (March 2nd 2015) - Laproscopic removal. I woke up in the recovery room having an attack. Chest and back pain, Both shoulders, Could barely breathe. I had never experienced this before. Nurse said she would top me up with dilaudid, Pain became worse. Screaming pain. Hour later pain went away and im shipped off back home feeling not so good. 2hrs later im back at hospital in the ER with the same severe pain. I thought I was going to die it was so bad. They shot me with toradol and buscopan. Pain went away, And sent back home. Next morning go to surgeons office while having another attack and he says go back to hospital and I wull meet you there. Another ct scan and bloodwork (nothing), Admitted back into hospital for 6 grueling days. Everytime they shot me with dilaudid I went into attack mode. Basically every 4 hrs. They gave me a MRICP thinking there was a bile leak, And to check all the ducts out (Nothing). Last day at hospital I told them the opiate pain killers are triggering my attacks, So they gave me toradol and no more attacks. However im left with all the same pain that I originally had back in September 2014. Its always there 24-7. Its always on my mind, It will not go away. Doctor apt next week... See what he says. Surgeon basically said his job is done. However my life is hell at this point, I wish I never had my gallbladder removed. I was much better of with it. I am know 55 pounds less (skin and bones). I cant eat anything but applesauce. Much worse than before, And on top of it I now have messed up bowels. They use to be great but not no more. Diarrhea/constipation ect. I don't know what to do. I have pretty much accepted this pain will never go away, and I cant eat anything, But at this pace I am already becoming malnourished. Any thoughts???
