Chronic pain deep under left rib

Hello everyone this post may be long so please read it and if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated, as i will return the favor and stay active on this post as i go through this.

    "Previous history"
I am 30 years old right now, when i was 15 i was diagnosed with chron's disease, once i turned 18 i had more testing done and it turned out that i did not have chrones. I am lactose intolerant and i have a hiatel hernia. Not sure if it is relevant but for about 3 years of my life ages 22-25 i was very sick where i would vomit very violently 1-15 times a day everyday which was the cause for my herniated disc. I went to many specialists and noone could ever find out what was wrong. I eventually gave up on traditional drs and went the holistic route, withing 6 months of being treated with natural herbs a full body cleanse and a change in diet all of that went away. I mind you at times i still get nauseous and throw up but it is rare anymore. in 2012 i had a lamanectimy done due to a herniated disc l-4,l-5. I have had blood tests done recently in 2015 and everything came back normal besides a low b12 count. This is what i know so far. colon cancer runs in my family as well.

In July of 2014 I woke up one morning with a deep pain that i felt under my left rib cage, this pain can be sharp very sensitive to the touch, although most of the time it is a dull pain that just never ever goes away. The pain stays in that spot but i also notice at times it radiating down twords my hip/lower back area. The pain had gotten so bad i went to the er and they did x rays and told me it showed nothing and that i just have a bruised rib, and it can take several months to heal. I gave the dr a bit of grief about that and then he ran some blood tests and everything came back normal. So i gave it a few months (3-4) and the pain still persisted. I always feel as if this pain makes me feel constipated as well and i have a hard time moving bowels, my stools are always very soft if not diarrhea and if it is not diarrhea it comes out very small in diameter strands, Which i have to squeeze out in spurts same when i have diarrhea. I do have hemorrhoids at times too. One day i went to the bathroom with this pain that never goes away deep under the left lower rib and when i went to wipe there was a lot of blood, the whole tissue paper was soaked and that scared me. I have had blood due to hemorrhoids before but this was nothing like that. I made an appt with my family doctor to address this and he recommended that i see an orthopedic specialists for my back pain and a gi specialists for my digestive issues.

I went to the orthopedic dr and he prescribed me physical therapy for a month, this made my pain worse and in different areas as well i started having pain in my left butt cheek radiating down the leg, so a new issue. The pain under left rib has still never gone away. I told the dr that the pt was making symptoms worse and he prescribed me a inflammatory pack, Vicodin, and an mri. The Vicodin helped with the radiating pain down the leg, but did absolutely nothing for the pain under left rib. I had my mri done on lower lumbar spin on 12/9/2015 and it showed normal lumbar lordosis, Advanced degeneration of the l4-l5 disc. Diffuse bulge with of the anulus tear, facet hypertrophy resulting in mild bilateral foraminal stenosis. at l5-s1 there is a mild bulge with facet hypertrophy resulting in mild bilateral stenosis. My dr wanted to schedule me for shots in my back. I postponed them so i can get a 2nd opinion and i am not quite sure what all this means honestly. My back dr did not spend time with me really i was always rushed out. so i have an appt this Thursday at my pain management dr for a 2nd opinion. as well on feb 1st 2016 i have an appt with a diff back specalist for another opinion. I am going to let this go until i get these opinions and get my other testing done that i will explain in next paragraph.

After 3 months of waiting to see a gi dr i got to see him, i explained my issues and he was concenerd mainly because of the previous diagnosis of chrones. He prescribed a colonoscopy and a ct scan of abdomen and pelvis. I had the colonoscopy done on 12/22/2015 it showed internal hemorrhoids, diverticulosis of the sigmoid colon, patchy nonspecific erythema in all parts of colon (biopsy) polyps in the sigmoid colon (polypectomy), Frequent colon spasms noted. I was prescribed HYO sl 0.125 every 8 hrs as needed for cramps and diarrhea. I rarely ever get and sort of cramps. Ok the next thing and the most alarming to me is i had my ct scan done on 12/30/2015 and got a call back about 2 hrs after the test saying that i need more testing done due to their findings. I do not have the report on hand at the moment i will have it later this week as i will be gathering all documentation of every test to take to my pain management dr and my back specialists on feb 1st. I will add to this post with the exact findings as soon as i have the written report. The 1st test that they want me to get done is an MRi of the abdomen with and without contrast. Due to hemangioma of other sites "liver" and left lower quadrant abdominal tenderness. The 2nd test i have to get done is Upper gi x-ray series; Air contrast with barium; with small bowel follow through. Due to other intestinal obstruction. They said i have thickening of my intestinal walls. As i said i will add to this with the exact desrpition of the ct scan findings, I am just reading off the diagnosis for these tests on the prescriptions. I have these test scheduled on the same day next week on Tuesday. In the mean time i am just looking for advice and to see if anyone is having any similar symptoms.

The waiting is driving me insane at times i just need to know what is going on with my body and the most important thing to me is to find out what this pain i have deep under my left rib that never ever goes away and at times is unbarable. I can't take this pain anymore and i need to get rid of it! It has been there consistently for 1 yr and a half now. As i said before colon cancer runs in my family and i remember when my grandmother went through it. It spread to her liver and with them finding something on my liver as well i am worried, should i be?
