    Help

Hello people, I have been going to the doctors for a while now trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I woke up one morning and did not feel like my normal self. I used to have like acid reflux when i was around 12 and would take zantac as a prescription. So then almost 2 years later, the day after valentine's day, i wake up and i have this different kind of pain. So it kinda felt like what I had before but it was definitely different. So I went to my pediatrician and then she gave me more zantac. So it really didn't help at all. After I woke up that one morning i haven't felt the same. So, my symptoms were heartburn, and painfulswallowing, nausea after i ate, i just didn't feel good. So I kept going back to the doctor and finally one of the doctors said it could be my heart. So I went to the hospital and they checked my heart. They said it was normal, but I still didn't feel good at all. So then I went to a GI specialist. So she checked almost everything. I had a barium swallow test, an upper endoscopy, a manometry, chest x-ray, Ph monitoring, and recently I had a general blood test. SO all that was normal. SO then she said it could be psycological. I'm pretty sure she thought I was crazy cuz she couldn't find anything. So im not sure if it's anxiety thats causing my pain or if its pain thats casuing me anxiety or what. BUt obviously my anxiety was really bad when I went to public school (i have been at a charter school my whole lfe) anyway so i just don't know whats wring with me.
Symptoms>> painful swallowing (even when I'm not anxious), feeling really full after i eat sometimes, feeling naseaus and gross after a big or greasy/fatty/spicy meal, heartburn/indigestion, anxiety, i feel really uncomfortable especially after i eat!

    Re: Help

Hi, haver you ever been checked for gastroparesis? It is a difficulty digesting food because the muscles in the stomach do not work properly causing many of the symptoms you describe. For now it may be best to eat several small meals a day and avoid red meat and greasy foods. Greek yogurt is good because it has probiotics and is easy to digest...

Hi, I heard you say you didn't have a balance diet but are trying to fix it? This is probably the source of your problem. Greasy foods and foods treated with chemicals and antibiotics discomfigure your microbiome, the bacteria in your intestines get damaged by all these chemicals, which is probably what's wrong, this may be causing your GAD also, I recommend that you take some probiotics and gas pills, gas can cause temporary chest pain which is pretty painful, which typically occurs around the areas of the lungs. This is perfectly normal. Here's what I think you should do:
Change your diet (check for organic only foods and non-greasy foods)
Take a gas pill (gas-x, etc.)
    Take a probio

All of these are over the counter medications so you don't need anything special, even if I am incorrect these will definently improve your health. Get well soon!!!!
