Random Muscle Pain in Arms, Chest, Groin, Lower Back

Wondering if anyone else has expierienced this. For the past several weeks I've been having what seems to be random muscle pain. It started in the back of my upper left arm. It would come and go every couple seconds for about 30 min and then disappear, then I started getting it in my right arm as well. Sometimes I'll have some mild chest pain as well. I do not think this is heart related because it usually happens when I'm at rest, and doesn't get worse when I'm active. The pain in my arm could be bad enough sometimes that I have trouble falling asleep, but I don't seem to wake up in the middle of the night with it.

The arm pain has been continuing on and off every day for the past couple weeks, and I'm also starting to get pain in my inner right thigh/groin area. I only feel the groin pain if I am walking, and it seems to get worse the more steps I take. The weird part is after about an hour I won't feel anything and I could walk/run fine. This seems to happen about once or twice a week.

Today when I was walking to work I also got a bad pain in my lower right back, it hurt with every step I took but then after standing still for about 5 minutes I started to walk again and it was gone.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
