21 years old life changing problems

Hi, I am a 21 year old male who is having a very troublesome life, for around 2 years now I have been having multiple symptoms and I cannot seem to fix them.

    Main symptoms are...

Severe brain fog- I mean really bad, when I walk to the shops I feel like part of me isn't even there, and focusing is a real challenge

Fatigue- at times I can't even get out of bed, and I have no motivation, also dramatic mood swings. Anxiety at times and very snappy when talking to people.

Diminished sex drive- this is the worst one as I am 21, it's like I want to but my brain seems to have no desire for it.

Constant stomache problems- Diarrhea, bloating like I'm very lean with a bit of muscle but my belly sticks out like something in my stomache is pushing out, I don't know if this is related but my burps are very very strange it's almost like the sound you make when you open you mouth wide and breathe out,

Loss of appetite- I can go ages without eating all though I try not to as I love going to the gym.

Nasal congestion- my nose is blocked 24hrs a day like 10% works and my sinuses are OK as I had a scan on them.

I'm not depressed trust me I'm a lovely person and at times really fun to be around, also train a lot with good sleep, eat a very good diet for anyone my age although I can't remember the last time I went toilet and it wasn't bad,

Test I've had, MRI on brain, diabetes blood test, sinus scan, heart check up, testosterone blood test, coeliac blood test, all have came back ok,

Please I would love any feedback as this is ruining my youth!!

Have you been checked for Lymes disease or liver disease? My husband had a friend that had Lymes disease from a tick bite and had a lot of different symptoms. It took the doctors over six years to realize what was wrong.

    Good morning!

I just came on this to check my stuff and came across your thread and wanted to possibly throw a few things out there if I don't forget what they were as I type. Sorry for one that you have all these random things happening to you, but I'm sure something can get figured out. For the brain fog thing and Focus I guess I wanna ask are you on any medication at the moment? Any type of vitamins or stuff you drink or take for the gym? Have you ever been diagnosed with add/adhd??? Do you normally get good sleep? Or wake up throughout your nights, or hit the sack late and wake up early? Is there ever times you're so tired but can't sleep? The stomach issues suck unfortunately but that can be a number of things. My thing I wanna say is because all these symptoms are various things happening in your body you'll have to see a few different specialist. Like for my mind and lack of focus, possibly a psychiatrist to see if you have attention issues, I have adhd and I'm 28 and that's how my brain is, foggy and can't focus for crap, I can't hold onto an idea for more than a minute if I wanted too, forgetful on top of it. For your stomach you might need to see a gastroenterologists, just to make sure you don't have the common case of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), or some type of chrons (sp) disease. Your sinus' maybe you'll need to see an allergist who can examine and see what they can do, make sure you don't have a polyp or some crap. I can't remember everything else I read. But just some tips for you, this turned out longer than I intended. Hope you get some relief dude.

Thanks for the reply, but no I don't take any medications or anything abnormal and don't believe it's a mental problem for certain reasons. Just a regular multi vitamin but I has this problem before it started.

Ok well that's good to rule that out medications and what not. We'll definitely look into specialist for the other stuff if you already know that's it's not a mental issue.
