    Random lower abdominal/back pain?

I would like some of your opinions on the issue, I'd like to start off by saying that I have extreme health anxiety so your feedback will be greatly appreciated. Randomly I'll get a pain in my testicles and in my lower abdominal/back. The pain is a dull pain and it can be pretty uncomfortable...almost feels like the wind is knocked out of me. It will only last for around 2-5 mins then it will go away. It happened to me last night and it went away as soon as I used the bathroom. I am 22 years old, fit and tend to eat a healthy diet, but I have been drinking a lot of alcohol lately...could this be alcohol related per chance? I don't have any other symptoms. I'm not tired, don't feel nauseous, don't need to throw up, don't have a high fever...just the pain. Anyone know what this could possibly be? This happened to me once or twice a couple years ago, and hasn't happened sense until last night. I'm worried it might be due to my excessive alcohol intake.

Hey, brother, check yourself for herniation, push up just behind your testicles and bear-down like you would pushing out a stool and feel for bulging or protrusions. You really should get that checked with a doctor, but that is a quick check for you now for some comfort. Next, drink lots of water to make up for any dehydration you have caused yourself. or you could stop drinking for a bit

Thanks for the reply. Did what you told me to do and couldn't find anything. In the meantime I'll make sure to drink lots of water.
