    Desperately needing help and insight.

    Hey guys,
I'm at my wits end here so I hope this can somehow give me some ideas on what the hell is wrong with me. I'm a 20 year old obese female.

So about 8 weeks ago, I started getting pain in my lower left abdomen that was intermittent. I went to the GP, and was treated for diverticulitis and told to come back if the antibiotics didn't help the pain.

Since then, the pain has gotten so much worse. It is constantly in my lower abdomen but radiates all over my lower stomach, above my belly button, up my left side under my ribs, through to my lower back and my thighs. The pain stays at a constant 6/7 out of 10, but will surge to an 11 out of 10 if I exert myself at all (even showering does this).

I also have severe nausea, fatigue, hot flushes, constipation/diarrhea, loss of appetite, small weight loss, stabbing pain in my cervix, headaches, my hair is falling out way more than normal, tender breasts and feel like I am going to faint often.

I had a CT scan done around 6-7 weeks ago which showed a 23mm cyst on my left ovary and nothing else. I have had blood tests done which just show raised inflammation. I do not have a UTI, no appendix and am not pregnant. I have been on multiple antibiotics which have done nothing. I am prescribed endone and tramadol for the pain but neither do anything so I do not take them.

I had an internal ultrasound last week which showed no abnormalities, even the cyst was gone but there was no free fluid. I've seen a gynecologist who did a pap smear and more bloods who I have to see again in a month. She suggested seeing a gastro specialist and getting the implanon removed.

If you have been through similar things, please let me know what your diagnosis was. I can't handle living like this anymore.
