Upcoming Surgery

I am having the following surgical procedures and wondering what to expect.
1. Left Tibial Posterior Tenosynovectomy
2. Flexor Digitorum Longus Tendon Repair
3. Transfer
4. Calcaneal Osteomy
5. Excision

This began with getting up and starting to walk and I was in instant pain now for (3) months. An MRI confirmed the damage. My big toe is now numb, the other toes keep getting sharp pains, behind the ankle the cord feels like someone kicked me and I have sharp pains in the top of foot. The foot just flops to the left and has become flat on the floor. I would appreciate what to expect following surgery.
Thanks!
