    Question Lupus? Or something else?

22 yr old female. Have had anemia in past, three years. Had a few months of episodes of passing out with extreme dizziness two years ago. Now just extreme dizziness and light headed especially when standing up fast, or turning head to look over at something. My feet and hands get extremely cold very easily, especially my toes. Which are almost always freezing and pale. I have had very painful migraines/headaches for many years. I have mitral valve regurgitation, but docs tell me it is nothing to worry about. I do get chest pain almost every day though, have had chest pain as far back as I can remember since I was a kid. Though as a kid and growing up it was far and few between until these past few years. My mouth also started to become very dry. I notice it a lot more in the morning and at night. Also I have to pee more often than usual recently. Not that I have a lot, but as if my bladder can't hold itself normally. I have had a mild fever for about 3 months now. Always between 99.3 100.3. It will go down to 98.8 when I take something to bring it down. But then goes right back up an hour later. I constantly feel the chills and my eyes and face feel that hot burning feeling you get with a fever. Along with the fever I've had body aches joint pain that has only gotten worse over these past few months. Along with my extreme fatigue. Have to take naps almost everyday, and if I don't I'll have to go for bed by 5:30pm, I won't be able to keep my eyes open. Even with rest though I'm still extremely tired and achy. My hair on my head seems to be thinning, not a lot but enough that it makes me a bit self conscious of how I style it. I'm not sure if my ankles swelling just a bit is from not working out for a few months due to the lack of energy or something else, but they seem to have a little bump like I wore too tight of socks. Also something that just started a few weeks ago was pain my my lower right hip/back when bending or straining. Or sometimes breathing a certain way will create some pain there. I know this is a lot and that's why I'm posting cause I'm lost and my doctor seems to just not take it so seriously. But I'm so tired and I'm tired of feeling sick. I just want answers and I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I will post my CBC numbers tomorrow morning. Too late to keep typing. But thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this and who can help with suggestions.
