What's wrong with me, is it cancer?

Currently I have a knot right below tailbone that's the size of a large marble.
Symptoms:
Knot as mentioned
Soreness around knot (feels bruised)
Watery bloody stool(for about 6 months)
Mucus in stool
Bad gas
Seems like what I eat affects amount of blood in stool
Bright red blood

Thanks for any info, by the way I'm 18 year old male

The lump sounds like a hematoma (blood-filled cyst) or a pilonidal cyst, which is very common in that spot. Neither one would affect your bowel function, except if it bleeds when pressure is applied as during a bowel movement. You need to get it all checked out and look to improving your diet. Sera

Go see a GI doctor (a gastroenterologist). They will be able to do the correct tests to determine what it might be, and how to fix it...not to mention that your issues with your stools could be gallbladder related, that should be checked out as well.

probably not cancer but you should get yourself checked asap
