Weird sensation in temples lying down at night

Its hard to explain the sensation I'm having in both my temples. Its not pain but more like I guess numbness and pressure type feelings. 90% of the time i get it when I'm lying down at night and sometimes when I'm sitting in my chair at work. Im wandering if its a possible nerve compression in my neck that could be causing it? Cause I was having some numbness in my arm and hands. Thats kind of subsided but I still feel sensations in my arm from time to time.

Any idea what could be causing this temple pressure on both sides?

    Thanks

It is possible that it could be nerve compression like you said. Also it could be a tension headache if you are stressed out. Looking at a computer screen for a long time can have that effect too.

This sounds like it could be your sinus's.....have you thought about seeing an ear, nose and throat doctor? They might be able to help you.

Definitely get thoroughly checked by an ENT.
    Do you clench a lot?
    Maybe a change in pillow?

It may be sinus related. When I bend over I feel pressure in my head as well. So it could be my ears or sinuses. Iíve missed way to much time at work lately with different appointments so I might have to wait on a ENT appointment. Iíve been feeling leg weakness and spasms lately to. Can a neck issue cause leg problems?
