New Guy with questions on Pituitary issues

Hi all, I finally am seeing an endocrinologist but want to make sure I keep informed and able to ask the right questions.

Had some blood panels done and show high prolactin, and low normal testosterone.

Male age 37 - workout weekly, healthy weight, no excess alcohol, sleep 7-8 hours a night.

    Blood panels

Prolactin - 30/22/17/12.5 Ng/gl this is 4 separate tests over 12 months, its actually improved.

    Testosterone total 489/360/306 ng/dl - 3 tests over 12 months
    getting worse

    LH - 4.3/1.3 miU/ml - 2 tests over 6 months getting worse

    FSH 3.6/2.8 miU/ml - 2 tests over 6 months

    IGF-1 - 184ng/mL

    SHBG -33nmol/l

    A/G ratio 1.9

    Total Bili 1.2 mg/dl

    Ferritin 226 ng/ml

    Vitamin B12/D3 - both good.

LDL - 182mg/dL - been consistently high last 5 years and exercise/diet do not help

    HDL - 51mg/dL

    Symptoms

Gradual decrease in Libido to the point of almost no interest at all, weaker erections, fatigue easier, head fog on occasion, occasional nipple sensitivity, struggle to go into deep sleep, more irritable.

Concerns are fertility and sex life with partner.

Anyone else have a similar issue or advise on what to ask the Dr? I want to ensure i am informed so not to waste or further damage my health.

Three things caught my attention: 1) high LDL, 2) weaker erections, and 3) fatigue

Just weaker erections alone would cause me to suspect atherosclerosis. But when you put it together with high LDL and fatigue it seems even more likely, in my opinion.

Several years ago, one of my relatives had those same symptoms and it was later discovered that he had atherosclerosis.

You could ask your GP about being tested for that.
