    Horrible Pain Doctors Can't Explain

For years now I've been having horrible pain on my toes specifically big toes and for the longest time I slept with spacers between my toes and that worked but then I noticed that and this is still true only soaking my feet in really hot water do I get any relief from the pain my doctor did prescribe Gabapentin and it takes the edge off for awhile but it got to the point I'm taking 600mg 3X a day but now it's getting to the point where nothing is working it feels like fire ants are biting me inside my toes or like there's this pressure building and building to the point they're about to explode but I "pop" them and the pressure goes away but after each pop I'm also I guess irritating the problem because after each pop the pain gradually gets worse and worse all throughout the night which I can't figure out why at night is when it kicks into hyperdrive the pain I mean. I've had nerve tests, full body scans, MRI, bone scans and nobody can seem to find a why and everyone seems to be giving up and I'm scared if that happens I'll give up as well because I can't live like this.

Horrible to have such pain with no diagnosis.
Have you had blood testing done, seen a rheumatologist, had ultrasound, and do you have any other health issues?

Not sure exactly what kind of pain you are having. Is this joint pain or nerve pain. It sounds like joint pain but then you talk about Gabapentin which isn't for joint pain. Have you seen a foot and ankle board certified ortho? I'd go that route.
