Hi. I have some issues I have to address. I am here because I have no other idea what

Hi. I have some issues I have to address. I am here because I have no other idea what else I can try and am pretty desperate.
    - Before I was 10
    - Intravenous treatment

    - when I was 18 years old
    - 3 weeks in hospital
    - IGM+IGG affected
    - IV+antibiotics intravenous
    - DOXYCYCLINE for 6 months - 600 mg 3x/ day
    - Was diagnosed after many doctor visits due to tiredness, fainting, bruising, hand tremor, headaches.
    - Have seen neurologist, infectious disease specialist etc

    - Had 3 treatments
    - Discovered when I was 19-20
    - Last treatment was the pill
    - First time I started the treatment the bleeding didnít stop for more than 3 weeks and had doctors intervene and offer emergency treatment (pills and a liquid that I had to drink)

    - First time when I was 12
    - Approx. once every 3-4 months
    - Times when there was just spotting
    - Times when it was just dry and old blood

**TOO MUCH TESTOSTERONE** (as per tests done)

    - Started when I was 8 - 10 years old
    - almost every day, going to sleep did not help
    - Acute pain mainly in my right temple up until I was about 23
    - Since then itís somewhat less and not just my right temple but entire head and behind the eye (not always the same one)
    - Used to take KETONAL or other painkillers
    - Had MRI without contrast when I was 15-16 years old
    - Told I was a woman and that itís natural for women to have headaches
    - Moments when the pain was so bad I just wanted to end it (yelling+crying)

    **MARCH 2020**:
    - While I was sitting on the couch about to have an ice cream my partner came in:
    - Dizziness (could not move or stand up; like a spinning sensation)
    - Decreased eye movement
    - Headache on both sides - Severe intensity
    - Nausea
    - Loss of consciousness multiple times (duration less than 30 seconds)
    - Skin flushing and burning up ( I was undressed of my blouse by my partner)
    - Cold arm
    - Tingling and numbness in my lower right arm
    - Impaired coordination
    - Decreased physical coordination
    - Slurred speech
    - Hearing difficulties
    - No confusion to cause the loss of consciousnesses being used to the fainting sensation
    - Muscle weakness; body and face
    - Palpitations (heart and throat)
    - Seen a doctor next morning still being dizzy and dismissed pretty much all I explained and said I have LABYRYNTHITIS
    - Brainstem stroke?
    - Haemorrhagic stroke?
    - Stroke?

    - Face skin sheds all the time (had treatments)
    - Stretch marks: started when I was 2-3 years old, doctor saw me and said he had never seen something like this but didn't know how to help. I gained 30+ kg when I was 21 and I got full of real stretch marks
    - Belly skin very thin and I can feel it tearing apart and stinging when I put pressure
    - Feet skin very sensitive (blisters appear every time I walk more than 10-15 minutes; have comfortable shoes Ė blisters on the ankles and toes)
    - Sensation of skin/muscle tearing on the bottom of my feet

    **HAIR LOSS**:
    - More than half of my hair has fallen in the last half year
    - Bleached it when I was 18 and then only used hair tint Ė NO DYE
    - Bleached it 4 times since I was 18 (last time was in 2018)
    - Each time I shower I take out a hand full of hair easily
    - No straighteners or other devices used
    - Dyed last time in the summer of 2019 without bleach
    - Treatments:
    - Special shampoos and conditioners
    - Aloe vera
    - Argan oil
    - Coconut oil
    - Ginseng
    - Placenta
    - Onion juice
    - Bottles water
    - Ricin
    - Marijuana conditioner + shampoo
    - Egg yolk +olive oil

**TOE NAILS** (falling every few months)

**TIREDNESS** (all the time)- There was an episode when I woke up and although I had a full night of sleep I got up had a glass of water, and went straight to bed and slept until 4 PM
    - Didnít go to work and couldn't even call anyone to announce

**SWOLLEN GANGLIONS** (very often since I was a child)

    **MOOD SWINGS**:
    - Had a time when I had horrible thoughts without any reason
    - Getting angry very easily
    - Crying for no reason

    - Since I was a child I was a sleepwalker (talking and moving)
    - Dreaming every night and remembering all (thus more tired)
    - My dreams have no connection to the reality (most times)
    - INSOMNIA (taking sleeping pills only helps for a few days, at present only taking half a pill called IMOVANE)

    - Chest pain from time to time
    - Palpitations every few days
    - Dizziness
    - Acid reflux (ever since I was diagnosed with LYME; nothing helps to get rid of it; had different treatments for intestinal flora)
    - Heart burn
    - Bloating
    - Tiredness (all the time)
    - Headaches about once a week

Thank you for taking the time.

This sounds terrible...I am so sorry for all you deal with daily. I am curious what medications you are currently on. Have you had your iron, B-12, hormone levels checked? I'm sure you have but that's the first thing I think about with some of your symptoms. After I had my last baby my estrogen level dropped to almost nothing and I lost half or more of my hair, was tired all the time and cried a lot...was also angry a lot. My doctor, jokingly, said it's a wonder I didn't hurt someone with my estrogen being so low.
