Undifferentiated connective tissue disease and swollen neck glands

I was diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease a few months ago. I have all kinds of weird symptoms. Most recently, I had some pain in my mid to lower neck, more towards the right side, upon breathing in. That went away, but then I had pain in the same area when I swallowed. That is, for the most part, gone. About two days ago, I noticed that the gland on the right side of my neck is swollen. It is not painful to the touch, but my neck is throbbing with pain. When I tilt my head back, the gland on my right side is visibly larger than the left, and the back of my neck hurts. Had anyone experienced anything similar?
