Better Balance
Need suggestions on improving stability that is not created by medication, etc. Just a 78 year olds, in good health, with a problem.

United Way here has an online Tai Chi class for balance. You could look into that.

I reccommend calisthenics and pilates - they really help to improve stability and strenghten spinal muscles. If you don't mind, I recommend yoga too - (not Ashtanga yoga but maybe Vinyasa or Iyengara).
