I get these odd blood looking dots on my skin sometimes what are they?

I get these reds dots on my skin sometimes i know they are not zits what they look like is a bug bite or a mosqito bite <spelled wrong> they look like blood dots coming up from my skin.

What are they? I get them on my hands and arms and elbow sometimes..

I believe most white people get those. They have a special name but I've forgotten it. They are tiny blood vessels that have broken through the normal fat layer of the skin to come to the surface. They are mostly harmless.

Yes, I can not think of the name either but my daughter used to have them. Nothing to worry about.
