Dear Forum,
Not entirley sure if im in the right place, but couldnt find a board specialising in sweating problems.
Anyway, Last summer i was hit by a bad viral infection, that included a couple of drenching sweats at night, around the same time i noticed excessive sweating from my upper inner thigh area (the crotch) - This seemed to happen after losing a lot of weight. One time this was so bad that i awoke, and the sweat and soaked through my briefs, through my pants, and through my t-shirt - all came from my thighs.
I recovered from this viral infection, but the sweating in the thigh area persists, although not on a large scale, and may just be normal sweating (i may have not noticed this happening before).
Whenever i feel the inner leg of my breifs/underwear they always appear to be damp, not soaked, just damp, it gets worse in hot weather(that probably sounds obvious). Im just wondering, if this sounds like normal sweating that many people encounter, or if this sounds like something serious that i should perhaps talk to my doctor about? I've asked a few friends who've said they sweat in this area, while others have said they dont have this problem.
Any advice would be appreciated - Thanks
