    cold hands problems
    hi, i am a 17 year old guy and i have trouble with cold hands. I can be completey warm all the way to my wrists and then my hands can he cold as glass. it doesnt even have to be very cold out, 65 degrees and my hands are freezing. i eat lots of vegtables and take vitamin supplements, so i dont think im very unhealthy.
    Does anyone else have really cold hands? any idea was to whats causing this? i wasnt always like this.

    Could be a thyroid problem or Raynaud's phenomenon or circulatory disorders.
