Unhappy can anybody shed ligth on what may be causing this??

hi people,

Firstly i would like to say im 23 years old male. Im writing on this as i really could use peoples views an previous illnesses to help me here. I have had this problem for about 4 months now. I think its best for me to write a little bit of info first an then list my symptoms hopefully this will help yas all.

One night after i came home from playin sports i felt completely normal, after going to bed i was asllep only to be awoken by a sudden pain in me chest an sweating iwas really worried bout this as it lasted over 3 hours so i took myself to the nearest hospital after several tests they sed i havent had a heart attack an i was allowed home an told to take it easy.

Ever since that day it first started i regularly get pains in me chest usually me lower left like a feeling of pressure or uneasyness, this has developed tho over the last 2 months or so an now almost daily i get very bad pains in my lower legs sometimes burning and a feelin the need to b strecthed, i also get pains in my arms which r more of a weakness feelin aswel all this happens at rest mostly.

This bit though is what worries me most Every time i try to participate in any physical activity even walking up stairs or a brisk walk to somewere, i becomes very shaky an tremble usally in me chest an lower jaw i feel me heart race with a very strong beat and i become confused not a dizzy feelin but confused (this is mostly gets worse when i try a more intense sport such as soccer) and i must stop and rest, its like me body recognises somethin is wrong an tells me to stop.

I have been to my doctor about this and also a cardiologist i have had my blood tested for all common illnesses such as anemia, diabetes, thyroid problems full blod count wat all came back ok, my cardiologist conducted many tests on me including an ecg stresss test echocardiogram and 24 holter monitor, the only thing between them that has been found is that my heart misses beats sometimes but he said ot was nothin to worry about and that i would b monitored every 6 months.

Surely though there must be some explanation for what is causing this considering 4 moths ago i was fit an healthy.

I look forward to hearing from anybody ho may have an idea or shed light on the matter many thanks
