Medicene translation

I was just wondering if there was anywhere that i could translate American pills over to the English equivilant.

I find i have problems understanding which medicenes other posters from the States are on, as the names are different from the UK meds.

Can someone enlighten me please?

Re: Medicene translation

you can search the med (brand name) that's in the postings and see what the medicine itself is and then do a search of that but put UK after it. Example could be what I use...Bentylol. It's chemical name is dicyclomine.

Hope that helps.

It's all a matter of perspective!
