Black eye..still have bruising after nealry 2 months

    Hey,

well i got hit in the face one night ...cut on my nose and a black eye. It was prety swollen and bruised on my left eye..and slight bruising on my right one. About 90% of it has gone away...but I still have a bit of brusing under both eyes that just wont fade. It looks like i havent slept in a week..im just wondering if this is something i should take serious...or if it will go away eventually. Any advice would be great. Thanks alot!

hey...its located just under my eye...its a faded black colour..like a half a centimeter thick..its sometimes unnoticable..but in certain light i can see if pretty clear..a friend even said..."hey did you get another black eye"...a huge majority is gone...just this faded bruise that wont go away entirely

there could have been some level of actual permanent damage to vessels/tissues or something else under the skin thatis giving the appearance of this 'black eye". the area where you have this going on just has very very thin and delicate skin. i would at least go have this checked out by your doc to see if this is something more than just a bruise taking avery long time to heal. **

depends on how long ago it was
2 or 3 weeks you should see some big fading
