Re: Snoring and weight

Snoring is very much related to overweight. My husband's weight has gone up and done several times over the course of our marriage. When he's fat, he snores, and when he sheds the weight, he doesn't. It's really that simple.

There are surgical and mechanical options for keeping the fat tissue from blocking the throat and preventing the snoring. You can see your doctor about those. But the best (and maybe easiest, all things considered) method is to lose weight, which would stop the snoring and prevent all kinds of other health complications as well.
