Laundry list of symptoms. Any ideas?

I've been having a lot of different symptoms the last few years and have been to a variety of specialists with no help so far:

Chills - (mostly running down the left side of the body from head to toes).
Sensitivity to cold/heat
Sensitivity to bright light
Hot flashes - (Seem to usually originate in the abdomen).
Constipation
Left ear pain - (It feels full and "pops" frequently when I eat/talk/swallow)
Lymph node pain? (swollen feeling behind left ear)
tinnitus
Sinus pressure and "popping"
Heart racing and palpitations
Shoulder/back/abdomen pains - (usually on left side, lately behind shoulder blade)
Chest pains - (Sometimes a tightness, sometimes sharp pains)
Occasional shortness of breath
Tightness and dull pain lower left abdomen
Frequent urination
Weak urination
Occasional trouble swallowing - (initiating the swallow)
frequent very dry mouth
bad insomnia (wake 5-20 times a night I'd say)
tingling and dull pain in limbs (mostly left side)
sore throat/hoarse voice
Bad heartburn (treated with Prilosec)

So yeah... As you can see it's quite a laundry list of symptoms. I feel like I'm I've been to a neurologist who did tons of bloodwork, and brain MRI, nerve tests, and it all came back normal except for slightly elevated ANA levels. I went to a rheumatologist for the ANA and he thought I didn't have any significant immune issues. I've been to ENT doctors a lot, who can find no explanation for ear pain/fullness, tinnitus, or sinus problems.

Lately I've been having a lot of chest and shoulder/back symptoms. Ear pain, lower back tightness and soreness (like inside the back, not muscle pain). I had some chest pain and started shivering badly, my teeth were chattering and everything, but it went away after about 15 minutes. I probably would have gone to the hospital if I hadn't been having unexplainable symptoms like this for the last 10 years.

I've talked to doctors about a lot of possibilites and done a lot of research myself but there never seems to be an answer. Possibilities like gluten sensitivity, Sjogren's Syndrome, Magnesium/B12 deficiencies, hypothyroidism, Mitral Valve Prolapse, TMJ, etc.

The problem is that I have so many symptoms that when I go to a specialist they try to address their little area of the symptoms. They never find anything, and I just feel like I've wasted time and vast amounts of money.

Any ideas, or anybody had a similar experience?
