Sure, as long as you don't fold your body down to wash your feet, which will compress your stomach and possibly push the contents up your esophagus -along with the acid and cause you a GERD, why not? In general, anything strenuous with a full stomach is
not recommended until most food had passed through.

I think you are referring to an old caution about not swimming right after a meal due to cramping and drowning. This has been debunked. Check it out on Snopes.

No, If we take bath after lunch or dinner it will not good for your stomach, your stomach will get cramp if you take bath or swim after your lunch or dinner.
