Dizzy in the morning...what does it mean?

Ok, today was a new one for me. Here's what happened: 5:30am, I get woken up briefly and went back to sleep. 7:30am I get woken up again so I decided to get up, well when I got up, I noticed that I was dizzy or lightheaded think it would go away, but didn't so I went back to bed and slept until noon and then I felt a bit better. I'm in my late 40's, I do have allergies and I have chronic back and neck pain, I have a very heavy astigmtism in one eye so basically, I see out of one eye..the good one comps for the bad one. Now, I have felt kind of sluggish but I don't seem to have the dizzies like I did. What does all that mean? I have never had that before. Any ideas??

Could be so many reasons.postional vertigo, peri menapause, medicine you take, blood pressure changes, viral labrynthitis,.....etc.. Doctors will rule out stuff for you, but if it's gone ...that's better
