    Lumps everywhere

In the past 12 months I have went from zero lumps to fifteen! These lumps range in size from 1/4 inch to 1 1/4 inches in diameter. They are all above the hips. (Around my waist, under my arms, on my arms). any Ideas?

It sounds like inflamed lymph nodes. Those are usually a sign that there is some other problem. You really should have it checked out by a doctor.

My husband and I both have these bumps on our ams, legs, back, stumach, theigh, but most increasinly around the middle section. I went to my dr. about them probably about 8 years ago and was told they are calcium deposits and fat deposits and are normal and not to worry about them. My husband sees a different dr. and was told the same thing. Mine on my back area by the love handles actually are starting to hurt now and I have been considering going in to see if it is possible to have them removed. It sounds like you have the same thing. However, I would go see a dr. to just be sure.

I have multiple lumps of various sizes on my body also: arms, legs, back and breast bone, mostly. My PCP told me they are fat cells. I'd like to know how do they know that without a biopsy? I also have Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. The more pain I am in the worse the lumps hurt. Some days I believe they are larger than other days; depending on my degree of pain. Has anyone noticed that their lumps hurt when in pain or seem to change in size?

My husband has bumps on his arms to, mostly under his arms. Two different doctors have told him they were fat deposits. I think I would still have them checked out a dr. just to make sure.
