    Smile MCV Blood levels

SO I've been taking Purinethol for about a week now for Ulcerative Colitis . My MCV levels have gone up from 94 to 100 in exactly one week . I know its not a huge jump and the 100 is just over the high level . But what does this mean ? Is this a completely normal reaction for Purinethol and when does it start to become a concern ? Are there any other factors to watch for with the blood tests that would be of concern ? Should I be taking a B 12 supplement while on this drug ? ( Apparently I shall be on it for a year at least if all good ) So many questions , but I guess thats what happens when you get your blood test results before the doctor does .
