Exclamation mass found at right fourth anterior rib

I am hoping someone out there has heard of a situation like mine because I am growing extremely frustrated with the doctor merry go round. TWO, yes, two years ago I found a lump during a routine breast exam. Approx 1/2 inch wide. I went to the gyn and they sent me to a breast center. Did mamo (clear) and sono. On sono found palpable mass on right chest, in relation to fourth anterior rib. Went to breast surgeon and did chest series. No abnormalities were found on x rays (such as previous fracture etc.) no remarkable diff in bone size or structure from right to left. did mri, nothing remarkable so we left it alone. Discomfort was only every so often. One year later, lump has doubled in size!!! growing towards right armpit. It is now visible to see and clearly physically evident. redid chest series.....nothing abnormal. Redid mamo and sono. Shows on sono as dense mass (not cystic). Not part of breast or breast tissue. Hard to the touch and increasing pain radiating from the right side of lump. constant discomfort and occasionally extremely painful! Extreme pain does not last long, however it does feel as though someone is pressing a stiletto into that exact spot on chest continually for the past two weeks. Pain does NOT move. However i am experiencing weakness in the arm and occasional numbness. Did ct with contrast yesterday......there is no findings to explain physical abnormality!!! You can see it, touch it but the scan can't see it! You can feel a huge loump on rib but no lump on xray or scan, it is NOT the rib bone. Suggest to follow with ANOTHER MRI! However, they now have found a small 4mm nodule on left lower lobe. What is going on and what KIND of doctor should I be seeing next. I live in NY and specialist are very accessible almost to a fault. There are sooo many you don't know who to go to!
