    Fever, but feel perfectly normal?

Has anyone had a situation where they registered a fever (even a low grade one) but felt 100% fine?

Sometimes I can have a fever and feel sick and hot, but then I'll have that exact same temperature (above normal) another day and feel totally perfect.

    Any information on this?

    How much of a fever?
Some people run a little hot, I'm usually a bit above 98.6 even when perfectly healthy.
