Unhappy Numbness on right side of body. Quiet concerning!

So I woke up one day (about a week and a half ago) and my fingers on my right hand felt asif they were asleep. At the time I didn't think too much of it, but as the day progressed the numbness didn't go away. After a day or two I thought maybe I pinched the nerve in my wrist or something from sleeping on it wrong. A day or so later, I noticed the bottom of my right foot was a little numb (from my toes down to the middle of it). That kinda concerned me because I'm pretty sure the nerves in your wrist don't have anything to do with nerves in your feet, which shot down my initial theory. After that I have noticed some numbness in my right thigh and in some spots throughout my right leg. Then earlier tonight I noticed some slight numbness throughout the right side of my torso, along my rib cage and such, and I've noticed a warm, somewhat tingeling sensation in my LEFT leg. I seen my doc, who took some blood and checked my thyroid and b-12 levels, both which I am told were normal. I was told by a different doctor (at the same clinic) if the blood tests came back normal then they may schedule an MRI on my back. I do have occasional back pain, sometimes sever, but not since I have had these symptoms. I have considered diabetes, sense both my parents have it, but I checked my blood sugar one morning before eating and it was 90. Checked it earlier today after eating a fairly decent meal and it was 167. Is that normal? Could I maybe have some type of pre-diabetes? (That would suck!) Also, I have SEVER anxiety and panic disorder, which isn't really helping being able to distinguish the actual symptoms from ones I may be causing myself by worrying. I haven't had any headaches, no balance issues, no speech issues, no confusion, and no vision issues, which I am HOPING has ruled out any type of stroke or aneurysm. I have chest pain, which seems to be caused by my anxiety disorder and only flairs up when I begin to panic. I am 23 male in good health I guess, and I have never experienced this before. I've tried doing research on the internet and the results aren't really helping my anxiety much. I've seen (and thought) everything from stroke, aneurysm, MS, autoimmune disorder, heart attack, a neurological defect, multi-something Complex that can leave u paralyzed and be fatal, some type of vascular disorder, lupus, lyme disease, just a bunch of scary stuff! I haven't really noticed any type of discoloration in any of my limbs that may indicate any type of clot or circulation issue, just a loss of sensation. Has anyone experienced this ONE SYMPTOM with no other symptoms? There is no pain, just loss of sensation which over time has became very annoying and very stressful. With no other symptoms, I'm not really sure what to attribute this to. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Your doctor seems to be on the ball here. Trust him for now and stop consulting with Doctor Google. Those sites are terrific for info about stuff you or someone else has already got, but no substitute for a live doctor standing right in front of you with all the tests at their disposal. Normal results usually mean normal, hold on to that thought. Sera
