unable to take a deep breath or yawn

I'm a 21 yr old female-- For the past 4 days or so, I have had a really hard time getting a good, satisfying breath; I constantly feel like I need to yawn so badly but can't. Sometimes if i put my arms in the right position (over my head, leaning on something) I can get one good yawn, but the panicky "I can't breathe" feeling just comes right back. The first day or two that this started happening, it also felt like literally a ton of bricks on my chest-- I was in so much pain and absolutely frantic. I've been told that was probably anxiety. Then, I got some rest and felt much better the next day... was able to breathe, yawn, no issues.. Then today, it has gradually gotten worse, and now I'm literally about to freak out. My sister just checked my BP and said it was a little high, but still normal, and she listened to my heart and said it sounded good? I'm scared it has to do with smoking and my lungs (yes, I know, very stupid) or my blood circulation... My feet have always been cold and stayed kind of purpley, but lately it seems to have gotten worse and at times my toes will go numb.

I'm freaking out and I literally just registered for this site at 2AM hoping someone could tell me something, because I can't focus on ANYTHING... Please help me!
