Red face Pain After Brostrom-Gould Surgery

I had Brostrom Gould procedure done exactly one month from today to fix a completely torn AFTL and partially torn CFL. I had a hard cast for the first two weeks (NWB) and am now in a walking boot but am still non-weight bearing until my next appointment(in 2 weeks) when I will start physical therapy.

I was in a lot of pain the first week, but it has finally gotten better. the daytime pain is almost none with advil and my leg elevated most of the day.. BUT i am still experiencing pain and discomfort at night, so much that i have trouble sleeping, even with my leg elevated. Even with Vicodins and Advil at night i cant take it. Is there ANYTHING i can do to ease this?

Any suggestions would be amazing, im losing my mind!
