Lyme-could I be relasping

I contracted Lymes in 2007 but was not diagnosed until 2010. I was tired all of the time and my feet stayed numb or hurt constantly. My doctor decided to send me to a neurologist (after running every test he could think of). The neurologist ran pretty much the same test except he went a little further and decided to test me for Lyme. The first test he done came back negative so he told me to monitor my diet and to keep a diary of my daily activities. After six months I couldn't take it anymore and went back. They ran another type of Lyme test and it came back and there was no denying that I had it. I received 3 weeks of I.V. antibiotics and some medicine to help with the numbess (which at this point was almost to my knees). I have felt really good for the most part for the past year and a half. The tingling and joint pain I have learned to deal with until recently. For the past two months the numbess has started moving to the middle of my thighs, I can rarely feel my finger tips and my arms tingle non stop. I went back to the doctor and they ran B12, glucose and thyroid but everything came back fine. My only worry is that the antibiotics didn't work and all the happened was the bacteria went in to hiding until now.
