    Arrow cortisol/cushing's

I am a 39 year old female. I have extremely high levels of cortisol that has resulted in large fat pads on my collarbone and a small hump on my neck. I am in pain all the time. It does get to the point that the burning sensation in my neck and shoulders keep me from sleeping which only aggravates my irritability. I have recently gained 25 pounds in the last 3 months, all of which is contained in my stomach area. I have not gained any weight in my arms or legs. In fact, my arms have nearly no muscle or fat at all. I have irregular menstrual cycles and have been diagnosed with PCOS and have had infertility issues in the past. I have been diagnosed with rosacea and suffer from severe acid reflux. Could this be Cushing's or am i grasping for something to call this nightmare?
