Watch and wait or push for a diagnosis?

I feel like my neurologist isn't wanting me to worry about my symptoms or MRI results of my brain.

Symptoms: chronic headache (left forehead and left back of head), 2 blackout/seizures, daily confusion, right side face and thumb twitch, fatigue, vertigo, nausea, pins and needles.

Second MRI results (11-13-13) comparing 6-8-13 MRI.

IMPRESSION: Stable examination, with the salient abnormality being a
focus of predominantly subcortical T2-weighted/FLAIR signal elevation
subjacent to the anterior aspect of the left cingulate sulcus. This focus
could plausibly represent cortical/subcortical dysplasia, especially
since on the coronal FLAIR images acquired on the last examination the
ventral aspect of the 1 cm lesion appears to extend to the ependymal surface
of the frontal horn of the left lateral ventricle, which itself is
minimally larger than is that on the right. These findings could also
represent a low-grade tumor, but the extension towards the ependymal
surface is often seen with foci of dysplasia. The findings are not as
    suggestive of a demyelinating process

Medicine prescribed is: Keppra, vitamin b6, amitryptoline

Follow up in 3 months or sooner if symptoms worsen.

I feel like they should talk about possibilities with me, but they haven't. Nothing is taking my headaches away. should they discuss biopsy of the lesion? I'm too scared to ask them when I have my appointments and I'm regretting it now.

    Any thoughts?
