Can you get infected again while on antibiotics?

I am currently on anti biotics for what the doctor in ER diagnosed (but not 100%) cellulitis. I had the same reaction to the same bite, very much like a mosquito bite if not mosquito, two months ago and took meds then. Today I noticed another "new" bite. Still very tiny that I would normally ignore but since I've had a bad reaction to the other bites, I'm afraid it's going to get bad again. Can it get infected still while I am about 3 days into my anti biotic treatment?

. I've also been taking allergy meds (Benadryl and Zyrtec) because the first time this happened the urgent care doctor said she didn't know if it was infected or an allergic reaction so I treated both.

    Possible but very very unlikely.
