Lump on clavicle and in neck

First of all, I would like to apologise if this causes any offence to anyone who is actually living this very real nightmare.

I'm 28, and have had various gynaecological issues, stomach problems and non specific symptoms of ill health for a long time. Diagnosed with PCOS without the presence of cysts, diverticular disease of the sigmoid colon, and most recently a small bowel intussusception of unknown cause which was found to have resolved itself at the time of laparoscopy.

A few weeks ago, I noticed a hard lump seemingly attatched to the shoulder end of my collarbone, it is hard, cannot be moved, about the size of a walnut and non tender. It appears to be the infraclavicluar region. Prior to this discovery I had two enlarged lymph nodes, one at the back and one at the side of my neck. All these lumps are right sided. More lumps have appeared on the left side of the neck and one behind the ear, in the groin, predominantly right side, and a right side enlarged tonsil. I have suffered crippling fatigue for some time now, itchy bottom of legs, occasional pain in shoulders after alcohol (which I have only just heard was a symptom), and recent sweats, although not at night that I have noticed.

My doctor ordered an ultrasound of the shoulder lump after xray showed no abnormalities of the bone, and blood tests. Bloods were fine, and I had the ultrasound today, where the technician said she didn't see anything worrying. I have to go for a further scan of the neck and groin tomorrow with a technician that specialises in that field.

I am so confused as to why the lump, which can be easily felt by everyone, has grown, and is now even slightly visible, is not showing on the scans and Xray? I also have this strange thing which may be unrelated, but my veins are showing up on my arms, legs and breast, which has never happened. They're really prominent. Usually the docs joke that my veins are non existent. Getting blood is effort.
I have lurked in these forums for a couple of weeks, feeling an inkling that I will be here soon, but at the same time, believing that logically, the chances are slim, since they can never seem to pinpoint what's going on with me when I am unwell. My doc has also referred me to a haematologist because of these lymph nodes and the lump.
I don't know what I want from posting here. Maybe someone to tell me it sounds highly unlikely, and I'm being stupid, or to say, your not crazy, I had the same experience. I'm honestly at the end of my tether. Why can't these tests and apps all be done quicker and get it over with.

Extremely sorry for the long winded rant. I didn't sleep last night worrying about the ultrasound today, and as you can tell...I'm feeling a little sorry for myself
