Any anybody taken any of these three supplements for hair loss? Glucosamine is the key ingredient in the anti-hair loss tablets, Nourkrin, so I thought I might try that...but I don't know what the dosage is.
I'm thinking of taking this supplement with Kelp (which I heard helps with hair loss) and Soya Lethicin (good for metabolism and emulsification of fats). Has anybody tried this? It's 150mg of kelp a day.
I'm only 18 and female, and have been losing hair very noticably (and it's very thin now, whereas it used to be very thick). Does anyone know of any good supplements or natural remedies?
Thanks a lot!

Re: Kelp, Silica or Glucosamine for hair loss?
Hi Innocence,
Have you ever had your thyroid tested???? Hair loss can be a problem when the thyroid gland isn't working to well. Test are thyroid tsh, Free t 4, free T 3, and antibodies. It can also be genetic, but at 18 I am not so sure. You may want to check out the thyroid board too.
